During your bachelor’s or master’s studies, you can get to know how we work on digital transformation first-hand. You can join our teams in various areas, i.e. marketing, HR or software development. With the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will take on your own first tasks – as a working student or intern.

You can also write your Bachelor or Master thesis with us! In this way, many of our current employees already got the ticket for a permanent position with us before the end of their studies.

You’ve recently graduated? If you are fresh out of university or have one or two years of work experience, our junior positions are perfect for you. You will work with experienced colleagues on customer projects, be responsible for your own work packages and gain practical experience. At the same time, you will receive training in agile methods and have the opportunity to complete certifications that are important in your field, such as AWS certifications.

And to help you build your career with a plan and quickly celebrate your first successes, we provide you with a personal mentor. He or she will support you in case of questions and challenges and together you will work out your career development plan.

You have at least three years of professional experience, have led project teams and/or were responsible for budgets? Then join us as a professional and take on a key role in our projects.
As a developer you will be responsible for the implementation of cloud-based solutions for customer interaction, as a cloud admin you will focus on optimizing and maintaining the basis for our cloud developments. If you join us as a project manager, you will ensure efficient project implementation at the customer and work closely with them.

Or maybe you’d like to start out as a business analyst and become the key liaison between the customer and development team. Regardless of the area you contribute your skills to, you will receive training to (further) specialize, have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of agile methods and acquire certifications. And of course, you will have a mentor by your side who will advise and support you in your career planning. Because there’s no such thing as stagnation with us.

Many years of experience have made you a true expert in your field. Perfect! We are looking forward to you bringing in your know-how. Take overall responsibility for customers and projects and train your colleagues. In doing so, you will work closely with the executive board and become more and more involved in strategic company issues.
